Should you have any questions about our products or need a hand making selections, our friendly team are happy to discuss any questions that you may have. We are always so happy to help you put together an amazing gift for someone that will make them feel super special, just ask us.

Pricing can sometimes vary from inside our lovely stores served by our great staff, to the pricing on our online store. All pricing at Infancy+ is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST and this amount will be deducted from your order.
Infancy+ reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Both in store and online we offer gorgeous complimentary gift wrapping. Let us know at the checkout when ordering online if we can wrap for you, and if the recipient is a boy, girl, unisex or so on. You can also enter your own customised message for a gift card and your recipient's address.
You can call, email or use the checkout on the website to place an order with us. As mentioned earlier we are always happy take calls (during business hours) for any questions, concerns, or advice you may have in regards to the styles we offer in-store or on the website. Sometimes you may feel unsure about size or quality. We will always answer your questions honestly.
This is the most popular and easy way to order. Once you have made your selection proceed through our clear and simple checkout. After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Ordering by Phone
Simply call Infancy+ on 02 9555 5080 and speak to one of our friendly people to make a purchase over the phone. If our phone is busy simply leave a your details on the answering machine and someone will promptly return your call.
Ordering via Email
Orders can be submitted via email. Simply email email@example.com listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.
From time to time Infancy+ will get our hands on a certain special item and will offer them for pre-order via the website. You can pre-order these items before we receive stock from our suppliers, in the week/s just prior to delivery. When ordering pre-sale items on the website, please note that we will pack and post your whole order within 24hrs of us receiving and unpacking the pre-order stock in store. We shall keep you up to date on predicted delivery dates where possible. Please note that express shipping is not available on items advertised as Pre-Order.
We accept Paypal, all major credit cards except American Express, and Direct Deposit. For Australian residents only we can accept a money order.

Once payment has been processed and cleared, your order will be shipped to you. If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.
All our styles advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style. If this happens we shall contact you as soon as possible and offer another item or size. Should we not be able to help you with your order we will refund you.
If the item is due to come in within the week, we will let you know upon ordering and will ship your order on the day our stock arrives. Should you be unhappy with this option or if the item is due to arrive later than expected you will be notified. If should you be unhappy with the timing you can be refunded.
Customers that are worried about availability should call or email us directly to place your order and avoid any disappointment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email, or by calling our phone during our specified business hours. Please see our Exchange Policy if your order has already been despatched before you have changed your mind.
We despatch within 24 hours from your order time using Australia Post. On occasion we may be waiting for stock and will contact you should there be a delay. Should you need something in a hurry, we will do our best to accommodate however cannot guarantee a delivery time as we do not use a courier service. Infancy+ will send your order anywhere in Australia for a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 per order for all under $150.00 (excludes bulky items). Free shipping applies to all orders over $150.00 (excludes bulky items).
Additional charges may be applicable for bulky items and we will contact you accordingly. Larger items are measured on the cubic weight. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order free of charge and we will refund your payment
Shipping outside of Australia incurs a flat rate of $25 for items. Bulky items may incur additional shipping charges and we will provide a quote based on weight and location of delivery. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped via Australia Registered Post or Australia Post Express Post International.
International orders generally will be received within 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
All orders are sent using Australia Post and can be tracked using E-parcel. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time contact us and we will track it for you.
From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 24 hours to offer you a refund, discuss placing the item on back order for you, or offering you a suitable alternative.
Refunds and Exchanges
Infancy+ would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour, doesn’t fit, or maybe you've changed your mind it can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 6 months). We do not refund for any of these circumstances.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
- A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
- The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to return and exchange and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
How to make a return for exchange or refund.
- Check that you meet all the conditions above.
- Contact Infancy+ at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0497 005 637.
- Choose the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.
- Return the item/s to be exchanged, include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

Please Note: Strictly no returns or exchanges on SALE or discounted items. We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact within 5 days from delivery so that we may resolve any issues.
Faulty Items and Damages
All items are thoroughly checked before being packaged with love and sent to you. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund.
The information on this website is provided in good faith. To the best of our knowledge the information is accurate and current. Infancy+ and related parties, or any of their employees, do not make any warranties as to the accuracy and completeness of the information on the website and that any products or services will meet your requirements. Infancy+ reserves the right to change any detail on the website at any stage, including prices.
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Infancy+.
Infancy+ does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Infancy website. Your credit card details are processed either inshore and immediately destroyed, via Paypal or through the website, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
