We usually despatch within 48 hours, although on occasion we may be waiting for stock. We will do our best to accommodate a deadline. Why not call us to check stock availability? We ship our goods throughout Australia and New Zealand and charges may vary depending on weight.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices shown include GST. Additional charges do not apply for our gift wrapping service.

Infancy respects your privacy and we will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is only used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.

Returns and Exchanges

If an item arrives and it is not appropriate ,please contact us immediately and then return it to us within 10 days so that we can organize a replacement or store credit.

All returns must be unused, with swing tags attached and in original condition.

We do not refund for change of mind. Should a product be faulty or if it has been damaged in transit we shall gladly replace or exchange.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning parcels to Infancy, and an additional charge may apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
